, the right wing is going nuts over it. >>> plus look out, karl rove. here comes sarah palin. she's throwing red meat to the far right, and taking aim at the architect. >> if these experts who keep losing elections, you keep getting rehired, raking in millions, the architects can head on back to -- they can head on back to the great lone star state. >>> also, the devil photo that everybody's talking about. does he look familiar to you? >>> and my live interview with the raging cajun. james carville, big show tonight. stay with us. oh this is lame, investors could lose tens of thousands of dollars on their 401(k) to hidden fees. is that what you're looking for, like a hidden fee in your giant mom bag? maybe i have them... oh that's right i don't because i rolled my account over to e-trade where... woah. okay... they don't have hidden fees... hey fern. the junk drawer? why would they... is that my gerbil? you said he moved to a tiny farm. that's it, i'm running away. no, no you can't come! catch that? karl rove said it's not paranoid to think that black helicopters are going to swoop in and steal everybody's guns. this kind of rhetoric is out of touch and it's behind the times. joining me now is maria teresa kumar. >> we are indeed. the american public is a bit ahead of congress and i think you're going to see, because of the public pressure, more and more congress members falling in line to do the right thing. i was getting a headache listening to some of these people talk about paranoia. look, congress, i think, for the first time during my lifetime, seems to be moving toward putting some commonsense things together with regard to some kind of gun legislation. not to take anybody's gun. nobody is trying to take anybody's guns. i have family members that need to own guns because of where they live and things that are happening in and around their own homes, but they are not jumping up and hiding and listening at night for the black hawk helicopters. we've had ridiculous things happen in schools and legislators are now listening. >> when you look at the facts, mar

when jeb bush tried to do that with immigration, look at the pushback that he got. and today karl rove wrote a piece in "the wall street journal." he said this. "understanding that today's technology has the shelf life of a banana, silicon valley republicans are working to modernize the gop's voter file in advance of next year's midterm." he didn't right anything about modernizing the gop policies, just their list of voters. >> well, this is going to be their problem, too. because the tea party element is that they don't think strategically. otherwise, they would have control of the senate right now. they lost colorado, denver, nevada, and they are not thinking strategically and really don't care if the republican wins so much as whether the republican keeps to their very hardcore view of issues like immigration. and like abortion and other things like that. but the party -- when you you talked about abortion, the party has a lot more repairing to do. there are a lot of women who are anti-abortion. it was a contraception argument. the insults that came from members of the party and the
